Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While trying to modify records from the MMDVAMIN screen, the system displays a "Contract cannot be modified" error for intraday deals.There is no proper validation error shown on this screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should display a "VAMI not allowed for intraday deal" error message, so the user can understand the issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.In MMDVAMIN screen - Select a record for amendment.
2.Unlock the record and change any of the fields, such as Maturity Date or Change in Principal, then save the record.
3.The system throws a "Contract cannot be modified" error. The system is not displaying the proper error message.
