Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account structure is created whose value already present for different client. When approver is trying to approve the transaction, following error displays on screen.
ERROR

Record already exists
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error received in VAM response(<structure code> already exists) should be displayed on approval screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login the application as corporate maker
2. Navigate to toggle menu > Liquidity Management > Create Structure
3. In the structure code field, enter the structure code value (whose value already present for different client)
4. Submit the request
5. Login as corporate checker
6. Approve the above created transaction
