On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DSBR Accounting entries are not posted for the OBCL commitment product

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DSBR accounting entries needs to be posted for the commitment product

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Commitment contract was saved and authorized successfully,
2. DSBR is processed but accounting entries related to DSBR event were not fired.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Accounting entries are not posted
