Symptoms

BD: 8.1.2.7.0
ECM: 8.1.2.7.0
Platform: 8.1.2.4.0

User can see duplicate risk parameters in the UI.

1. Risk assessments were initially created with configured MB Rules.
2. The client later decided to change the description of MB rules to make it uniform across all evaluations by appending UCBA.
3. A few batches were run later.
4. The UI displays duplicate rules in the KYC risk parameter details due to a missing join condition on "and k.batch_run_id=f.v_batch_run_id".
