Symptoms
When attempting to open Ad-hoc/Scheduked Report,
the following error occurs intermittently.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate Maker.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Reports >> Report Generation
3. Select Ad-hoc Report/ Scheduled Report, User Name.
4. Click Generate Report.
5. Login as Corporate Checker to approve the Report.
6. Login as Corporate Maker and Download the Report.
7. Input Password as first 4 letters of First-Name followed by DDMM from DOB.
8. System gives 'Check your password'.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
1. Maker/Checker cannot open their Ad-hoc Report or Scheduled Report with usual Password Format prescribed for OBDX Application.
