ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After disabling the edit toggle button from admin panel, the retail user is able to edit the profile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After disabling the edit toggle button from admin panel, the retail user should not be able to edit the profile.
