Symptoms

We are encountering an error when attempting to save collateral property. 

ERROR

SYSERROR System Error Occurred
ST-SAVE-004 Message does not exist for this error code

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the GCDCOLLP screen
2. Create a new operation
3. Input the collateral properly details and save.
