On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Outgoing pacs.004 wrongly formatted when special character is included.

User are having an issue with the pacs.004 message that is being generated.
The issue lays that the special character is not being escaped.
In this case, the & char is being replace by &ampamp which is wrong format for xml and it fails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Receive an incoming pacs.008 where the Debtor Name has a & character. The payment is processed successfully and the & character is escaped.
2) User receive an incoming camt.056.
3) Respond to this camt.056 with a pacs.004.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,User are having an issue with the pacs.004 message.
