Symptoms

When we pay by cash using BC from PROD Obbrn, both the Maker and Checker levels complete the transaction. However, when we click 'Send Back' from the Maker level, the following error message appears.

ERROR
-----------------------
"RM-BC-RT-01: Failed in getting the exchange rate
RM-BC-AC-04:Transaction reference <> failed while building handoff.Please contact support."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a payment by cash using BC instrument
2. Authorize the payment
3. Do a sent back from maker level.
