FCUBS || EOD Process Got Stuck During TDJBOD Batch (Doc ID 3068548.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EOD process got stuck during the TDJBOD batch at the time of TD liquidation.

Users created 3 TD accounts in 096 branch on 04-DEC-2024 with daily accrual frequency and they identified the following two issues:

1. After the month-end on December 31, 2024, the system stopped posting accruals. The cause was traced to the system failing to update the IC-Cycle in `ictb_acc_pr`, causing the `NEXT_ACCR_DT` and `NEXT_SCHD_ACCR_DT` to remain stuck at '01-JAN-2025'. After adjusting these dates to '07-JAN-2025', the system posted accruals only for January 7, 2025, and then the cycle became stuck again, preventing further accrual postings.

2. The profit for December was deferred until January 30, 2025. However, on the EOD, the TDJBOD batch failed to execute any liquidation. In the `ictb_intraday_acc_control`, three accounts are stuck, which is preventing the batch from completing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

During EOD, TDJBOD batch should not be stuck.
