Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Deleted Users are visible for User Account Access while Group Corporate Onboarding.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Deleted Users must not be listed for User Account Access while Group Corporate Onboarding.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Corporate Onboarding >> Group Corporate Onboarding
3. Click User Account Access
and Delete User.

4. Review Screen displays all entry with Status-Deleted instead of the single one while Deleting Account Mapping
3. This happens when transaction at "Ready-for-Submit" stage.
4. Observe the User with Status as "Deleted" are also listing for Account Mapping.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Once the Corporate Admin has already self-deleted User IDs which means those will not be part of any Business Scenarios at all hence those should not be appear for Account Access Mapping functionality.
