OBCL - CASA Account Balances Are Not Getting Updated From OBCL To FCUBS (Doc ID 3068758.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBCL to FCUBS Accounting entries are not posted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should post the entries during the transaction from OBCL .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is booking a lending transaction in OBCL module by using CASA as a repayment account which is present in FCUBS.
2. DSBR event is getting triggered and the accounting entries posted in OBCL module, however system should pass the amount in to FCUBS as well.
3. Same should happen during the repayment due date also which is liquidation event. OBCL to FCUBS.
4. This is not consistent. Accounting entries are getting passed in OBCL module but handoff is not happening in FCUBS.
