Goal

OBSCF - Turning off authorization mechanism for a specific service/transaction

Please guide how users can turn off authorization of any screen/service/transaction
For example: if user want to turn off authorization for external customer creation i.e. ADMIN1 user should create external customer but it should not require validation from ADMIN2, it should get created directly.
