ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Sequence Number issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should save the account sequence number only during the successful account creation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a account.
2. Cancel the account
3. Verify the account sequence number.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,the sequence numbers are getting increased without account creation.
