Symptoms

RawPartyFullName is set incorrectly for ActivityPartyTypeCode 8 instead of pulling from CNT_OFFIC_NM in KDD_TRANSMITTER table. The PhoneNumberExtensionText and PhoneNumberText are also pulling in incorrect information for the contact info.
