Getting CF-VALS-051 Error When AR-AP Tracking Was Enabled For Charge Component (Doc ID 3069165.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Getting CF-VALS-051 error when AP-AR tracking was enabled for charge component
Error - "Third party <> corresponding to the charge component $2 is not eligible for AP-AR tracking "

Issue : The charge was getting debited from the counter party however system displays the error stating third party component which is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should successfully create LC contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create LC contract
2. In charges screen enable AP-AR tracking for <> component
3. And try to save
