Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The customer reported that the system does not allow to save a fixed coupon bond with 0% interest rate in SEDTRONL

Expected Behavior

The customer expectation is to make the error code CF-CO0006 to override.
It is not modifiable as of now.

Steps

1. Create a interest bearing fixed coupon bond instrument with 0 interest rate in SEDTRONL
2. check any error occurs.

Business Impact

The customer reported that due to current market conditions it is a valid business scenario that a Fixed bond is issued with 0% coupon rate.
