ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After loan account SAVE, the special component check box is unchecked

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After loan account SAVE, the special component check box should be checked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create the Product CLDPRMNT with Special components checked
2. Create a Loan account under that product - CLDACCNT
3. After doing the Product default the Special Component is checked under the components tab  (Spcial Amount is not inputted )
4. after save the Special Component is Unchecked under the components tab

Due to this issue, Special Component is Unchecked under the components tab after save
