Charge amount getting inserted in CSTB_TF_CHG_LIQD during Claim settlement

Record is getting inserted in CSTBS_TF_CHG_LIQ table after LCDGCLP save due to which when closing guarantee from LCDGUONL screen getting the error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a Guarantee Contract in LCDGUONL screen
2.Claim Lodgment done in LCDGCLM screen
3.Save Claim Settlement in LCDGCLP screen
4.Verify when closing the Contract.
