ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system, for the Islamic workflow during import lc liquidation bill settlement is failing in advices tab with charge
simulation error.

ST-AMND-002!Field User Reference of Contract Details cannot be Modified.


Steps
------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign in to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import LC Liquidation
