In OBTFPM, system allowing to register without issuing bank details in Export Guarantee claim lodgement not advices by us Scenario's


Expected BEHAVIOR

System should not allow to register any export Guarantee claim without issuing bank details.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Guarantee Advised
4.Lodge claim
