Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have noticed when ACH transactions (initiated from C2B file upload) are released from PC cutoff queue . Transaction stuck in processing cutoff queue . Unable to proceed further action on transaction .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Not able to completed the transaction post releasing still it is showing in the exception queue in the main screen and not in the exception queue screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate C2B file upload having ACH transactions from PMDFLEVP
2. Consol processed successfully and accounting is posted on debit leg
3. Individual transactions lands in processing cutoff queue
4. When transaction released from processing cutoff queue , transaction released successfully .
5. However transaction stuck in processing cut off queue and when we check the transaction in PC queue , it shows no records in PC queue
