Symptoms

When attempting to clicks on View All Payees URL,
the following error occurs.

BLANK SCREEN


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Payments >> Payment Dashboard.
3. Clicks on View All Payees link.
4. System shows Blank Page.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is not able to navigate to see his List of Beneficiaries.

NOTE: For 22.2.5.0.0.
