Transaction Pending In Sanction Queue Due To Technical Error (Doc ID 3069948.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

There is a transaction pending in sanction queue, though we have received the successful sanction response from external system.

Expected Behavior

Transaction should moved out from SC queue when we get the successful sanction response from external system.

Steps

1. Txn booked from PBDOTONL screen on 17th Jan.
2. Payment moved to business override queue and it was authorized on 20th Jan.
3. Txn moved to sanction queue and the request was sent to external system.
4. Success response received from external system after sanction screening.
5. But in Flexcube the transaction is still in pending status and not moved out of sanction queue.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, transaction is not moved out of sanction queue.
