MT103 - Internal trfr NEFT RTGS - Modified trn not moving out of NSTPQ
When we modify a MT103 Internal transfer in Non-STP queue it is not moving out of the queue.
Record is modified and still is present in NSTP Queue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Record should be modified and moved out of the queue and get processed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Internal Transfer (Neft or RTGS) using MT103 which should get parked in Non-STP queue.
2) Modify the record from Non-STP queue.
