ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Txn formation failing when system resolves same dr/cr account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Our expectation is that such transactions shall get created in transaction repair queue for the user to take further action on this


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an incoming MT/MX txn terminating with us
2. System resolves same account as debit as well as credit account
3. Txn formation fails for these transactions due to this ( system parameter for same dr_Cr_Acc is N)
4. Our expectation is that such transactions shall get created in transaction repair queue for the user to take further action on this
