Symptoms

Posting performance issue from ECM to CRR

user has observed that the process of transferring a case from ECM to a CRR report can take a considerable amount of time, depending on the number of transactions associated with the case. For example, if a case contains 15-20 transactions, the transfer typically takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

However, there are certain cases within the client environment that have 70-100 transactions associated with them. In these instances, the transfer process can exceed 30 minutes, during which the ECM screen becomes disabled, preventing any user actions. This situation creates significant inconvenience for business users.

To improve this, the transfer time needs to minimize so that it occurs more quickly. Additionally, user would like to explore the possibility of executing the entire process in the background, allowing users to continue working without the ECM screen being disabled.
