ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For the application status change WS response, all the previous edits are displaying

In the WS response for the application status change, all the previous edits are displaying even if we corrected the error then also it keeps displaying. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not show previous corrected edits when user change the application status through web service.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an application by web-service: Warnings are displayed for Driving License No and Gender.
2. In Application UI, updated the values for Driving License No and Gender.
3. Try to Update Application Status by status change web-service and verify all the previous edits are displaying in WS response or not. Currently it is returning the warnings.

Due to this issue, users cannot change the application status through web service.
