EOD Batch Is Getting Stuck At TDJEOD Stage And OL Batch Is Also Getting Stuck (Doc ID 3070213.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The EOD was getting stuck frequently at TDJEOD stage and it's not moving forward since long. Its showing Running only.
 
For OL batch that was stucked, due to stuck threads at WebLogic, the application was not responding. The EOD was getting stuck at
different batch stages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOD process to be running normally
 
STEPS
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run ICEOD.
2.Verify progress.
