Symptoms

OBBRN - Credit Card - Customer Panel Fetch is Failing

In credit card payment by cash / account screen, enter card details and tab then getting 500 internal error.

And Customer panel is not loading.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBBRN
2. Launch Credit Card payment by Cash
3. Enter Credit Card Number
4. Tab out
5. System is throwing error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with Credit Card Payment after entering the Card Number
And Customer Panel is not loading
