Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX -> OBVAM - Virtual Account created under Parent Account should not Allow Different Balance check compared to Parent.

In OBDX, when a Virtual Account is created under Parent Virtual Account, with different Balance check, system is not stopping the creation and allows the user to create.
In OBVAM, the functionality is working as per expected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should stop the customer from creating a Virtual Account before authorization or during the maker process if Parent balance check configuration is Y and child balance check configuration is N


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Virtual Account creation page in OBDX application
2. Select Linkage type as Structure
3. Select Parent Virtual Account as nnnnn1 (Balance check configuration N)
4. Set Balance check configuration Y while creating new Virtual Account
5. Submit the creation request in Maker User.
6. System will display Success on screen.
7. System successfully created new Virtual Account, but it's not linked with structure.
8. Navigate to My approval list and check the record
9. Record will display like newly created Virtual Account linked with structure and parent Virtual Account is nnnnn2.
10. There is no check present to validate the balance check between Parent and Child Virtual Account

Due to this issue, system is allowing user to create Virtual Account under a Parent Account with different Balance check configuration
