Actual Behavior:

Amendment Date in MMDVAMIN is not getting defaulted with the application date when a contract is unlocked.

Steps:
-------------
Steps to simulate - 1. Query the contract in MMDVAMIN 2. Unlock it and the Amendment date is not auto populated with the application date.

Changes

 Fix :- Done changes in MMDVAMIN_KERNEL.js and mmpks_mmdvamin_kernel.sql to populate the amendment date on unlock .
