In OBTF system, In LCDTRONL screen when trying to reopen the contract facing below error code

Type-Linkage Type.F cannot be Modified~ST-AMND-003!Field Utilized Limit Amount of in Record Customer No-020024921:Linkage

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBTF application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to LCDTRONL screen
