Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction Branch code and DCN prefix branch is not same

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
External reference number is showing backend reference number, it should show front end contract reference number
Message status is generated. It should be Handoff.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.we have generated MT900/MT910
2.observed issues in MSSOUTBR:
BUSINESS IMPACT
