Symptoms

Actual Behaviour: User unable to log into FLEXCUBE application and already logged in users face slowness

Expected Behaviour: FLEXCUBE application expected to work as normal.

Simulation Steps:
1) Restore latest production image
2) Check users face application slowness

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue business transactions in application.

Changes

 Application fix will have new index on OBPM tables PMTB_MSG_DLY_MSG_OUT and PSTB_OUT_SWIFT_CCT_DRIVER
