ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

8 Digit Issuer Bin Required for for SWDNWDTL
There is a requirement in FCUBS 12X for VISA Cards, where the Issuer BIN is of length 8 digits, however currently it is 6 digits.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Issuer Bin should support 8 Characters


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need to have 8 digit Issuer Code
