OBPM - MT202 Message Remains In Prepared State For External Payment From OBTR (Doc ID 3070831.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT202 message remains in the prepared state in OBPM, instead of Handoff state when external Payment is created in PXDOTONL from MM contract.
Due to this issue, the MT202 message is not generating in the MM contract.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MT202 message should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create MM contract in PXDOTONL screen
2. Verify whether the accounting entries are posted successfully.
3. Verify whether MT 202 message is generated.
