OBPM - PSDOT2CT - Incorrect Charge Account Pickup For Charge Bearer CRED. (Doc ID 3070832.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In PSDOT2CT, when the Charge bearer is used as CRED, system should default the charge account as Credit Account,
But system is using the Debit account for the Charge account after Enrich.

There seems to code issue in AbstractGenericWiresOutTxnProcessor.class -> doChargeCompute()
After Charge Account Pickup for charge Bearer CRED condition, the system is again going in 'else' condition of DEBT charge bearer and setting the Debit account.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the charge bearer is set as CRED then credit account should be defaulted and used for charges.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction in PSDOT2CT screen with Charge bearer as CRED
2. Do Enrich
3. Verify the charge account picked properly.
