ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While copying existing guarantee contract , error occurs . Unique contract ref no not generated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should generate unique contract ref number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to LCDGUONL
Open any existing contract
click on copy and verify if system has generated another/Unique contract Reference number or not.
System is not generating unique and new contract ref number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue unique contract ref number not generated
