OBSCF - Unable to create insurance due to UI validation

After applying the OBSCF maintenance patch, users are unable to create insurance.

Wherein, the Policy Amount is showing error and requests user to "Enter 0 or Lower Amount"

Policy Amount field is showing an Error as "Enter 0 or lower amount"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBSCF
2. Create an Insurance
3. Fill in the details and in Insurance Policy Details - Policy Amount field is showing an Error
