Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

OBBRN: BC - Issue against Account.
Users are getting unhandled exception error on clicking the submit.


ERROR
-----------------------
RM-TX-EX-01: Unhandled Exception Occurred
RVAL-007: User Authentication Failed
RM-TX-PM-01: Transaction status is pending, waiting for the notification from payment system  at sent back stage


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to 'Servicing Transaction - BC issue against account' screen
2. enter the details
3. Click on Submit.
4. Error is thrown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is unable to Complete the BC issuance Transaction against account.
