FCUBS - LC Closure is throwing error for a contract

On closing an LC which is completed Liquidated, system is throwing error - LC-UPLOTH

LC-UPLOTH - Failed in lcpks_upload_close.fn_close



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Consider an LC
2. Perform LC Closure
3. System is throwing error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the LC
