ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system during Process of Guarantee Issuance Claim Settlement
 We are passing custom fields but those are not saving custom DB due to below method is not present in
 GuaranteeClaimDefaultOrchestrator.class

responseDTO = PopulateExtFields.populateToResponseDTO(contractResponseDTO.getContractDetails(), responseDTO);

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Guarantee Issuance Claim Settlement


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------
custom fields should save in custom DB
