Interest Rate Is Not Displayed In CLDPYMNT On Authorization Query. (Doc ID 3071499.1)

Goal

System is not displaying the Interest Rate in CLDPYMNT on query of a payment after VAMI is done with the mentioned steps.

Simulation Steps
1. Book a back dated loan.
2. Do current dated VAMI (CLDACCVM), click on Edit UDE value, enter new effective date as today (don't click on P button next to effective date).
3. In the UDE ID, click + and select UDE ID from the loan (except INTEREST_RATE).
4. Enter the UDE value.
5. Save and Auth.
6. Do a Manual Payment (CLDPYMNT).
7. After clicking populate due, system will show the Interest Rate and Save the payment.
8. When the Auth will query the payment from CLDPYMNT or CLSPYMNT, Interest Rate will not display.
