In OBTFPM system during Process of Import Documentary Collection – Liquidation
Import Collection - Partial Liquidation with Split settlement - Transaction Initiated from OBDX getting charge stimulation error at DE stage.
REQUEST AUDIT IS success still but getting error in screen.

Unable to process charge simulation request. -
Failed in Orchestrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import Documentary Collection – Liquidation

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to perform split settlement for liquidation and failing with error
