Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Contents are overlapped in the trade export collection downloaded report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Report contents should not be overlapped and be in readable format.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application corporate user.
2. Navigate to Toggle menu > Trade Finance > Collection > Export Collection > Download Report


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,users cannot read the information present in report.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
