[STDSTCHN] - Status Change New LOV_STATUS displays only 1 record (Doc ID 3071536.1)

Goal

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

[STDSTCHN] - Status Change

As seen in the attached images, we noticed that in 14 UAT, in the field "New Status" it only appears 1 option.
While in 11 SIT it appears two options to select from the field LOV.

In 11X the LOV_STATUS displays records for both Records with Status_type A(Account) and B(Both).
