In PMDNWPRF screen -> During submit the below Error is thrown, although no field for value date basis is available.

ERROR

Value date basis cannot be null for Outgoing payment type-PM-0327
Failed to Save the record-ST-SAVE-004

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input details in PMDNWPRF
2. Click Save
