On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are getting PX-SV-054 Field 72 Code Validation Failed error for outgoing cross border and RTGS payments. We have maintained the system parameters SKIP_SWIFT_F72_VALIDATION and SKIP_RTGS_F72_VALIDATION as Y and CHAPS:FPS respectively. Still the validation is not skipped.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Validation should not fail for outbound cross border payment

Changes

 We have skipped the validation if parameter is maintained to skip.
