Symptoms

When attempting to register a prospect user, the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to register a user through sign-up option on the homepage.
2. Error observed while registering the credentials.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system will not be able to register a prospect user.
